Interculturality, diversity and diversity management in Team Ledl

The Team Ledl Institute places great value on diversity and interculturality.
Our employees come from various multicultural backgrounds, which means we can serve a wide range of language learning groups. For example, we offer customer meetings in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Romanian, Slovak and, of course, English.

In addition, our employees have different academic backgrounds, which enables us to competently answer questions about academic goals, educational issues and official matters. When designing integration courses, we strive every month to promote cohesion in heterogeneous groups and define common goals to support successful integration in Austria. We strive to put together learning groups that have similar goals so that participants can learn from each other. We adapt lessons and homework to ensure that the relevant topics are covered and provide additional material. In addition, we make sure to create a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

At our institute, a wide range of target groups come together in one place. For example, participants in an AMS course wait in the same room as those who have registered for a German course and have conversations with each other. We treat all participants equally.

If there are people with higher academic qualifications in a group, we encourage them to help others, for example in group work and discussions. However, all members of a learning group have the same goal, for example to learn German at level A2, working on topics such as housing, health, shopping, etc. In this way, we ensure that there is a fair balance of skills between the participants.
In our classes, we treat men and women equally and we make sure that the personality and wishes of each participant are respected.

We learn with each other, from each other and through exchange with our target groups.
